Featured Duels[]

Yuya Sakaki vs. Sawatari[]

Turn 1: Sawatari
Sawatari draws "Hand Destruction", and subsequently activates it for both players to discard two cards, and draw two more. Sawatari discards Xyz Reborn, and Rank-Up-Magic Chaos Force, while Yuya discards Aqua Armor Ninja, and Fusion Substitute. Sawatari activates "Xiangke Magician" (Right Pendulum Scale 3) and "Xiangsheng Magician" (Left Pendulum Scale 8) in his Pendulum Zones. Sawatari Pendulum Summons two copies of "Luster Dragon" (1900/1600)x2, both in Attack Position.

Sawatari sets a card.

Turn 2: Yuya
Yuya draws "Hydrogeddon", and subsequently Normal Summons it (1600/1000) in attack position. YUya activates "Mystical Space Typhoon" to destroy Sawatari's set "Dragon's Rage". Yuya then activates "Fighting Spirit", and equips it to "Hydrogrddon". Now "Hydrogeddon" gains 300 ATK for each monster Sawatari controls. Their are currently two. (1600 → 2200) "Hydrogeddon" attacks, and destroys a "Luster Dragon". (Sawatari 4000 → 3700) Since "Hydrogeddon" destroyed a monster by battle, its effect activates, allowing Yuya to Special Summon another "Hydrogeddon" (1600/1000) in attack position.

Yuya overlays his Level 4 "Hydrogeddons" to Xyz Summon "Blade Armor Ninja" (2200/1000, ORU: 2) in Attack Position. Yuya sets a card.

Turn 3: Sawatari
Sawatari draws "Pot of Greed", and subsequently activates it to draw two cards. Sawatari then Peddulum Summons the destroyed "Luster Dragon" (1900/1600) in attack position. Since Sawatari Special Summoned a monster, Yuya activates his face-down "Triggered Summon" to allow both players to Special Summon a Level 4 or below monster from their hand. Yuya Special Summons "Amazoness Swords Woman" (1500/1600) in Attack Position while Sawatari Special Summons a third "Luster Dragon" (1900/1600) in Attack Position.

He then Normal Summons "Exploder Dragon" (1000/0) in Attack Position. "Exploder Dragon" attacks "Blade Armor Ninja". "Blade Armor Ninja" destroys "Exploder Dragon", but due to the second effect of "Exploder Dragon", Sawatari takes no Battle Damage. Since "Exploder Dragon" was destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, its first effect activates, destroying "Blade Armor Ninja".

One "Luster Dragon" attacks, and destroys "Amazoness Swords Woman". Due to the latter's effect, Sawatari takes all the Battle Damage that Yuya would have taken (Sawatari 3700 → 3300). The other two "Luster Dragons" attacks directly. (Yuya 4000 → 2100 → 200).

Turn 4: Yuya
Yuya draws. He then Normal Summons "Elemental HERO Sparkman" (1600/1400) in attack position. He then activates "Super Polymerization" to discard "Volcanic Counter" and fuse "Sparkman" with Sawatari's "Luster Dragon" in order to Fusion Summon "First of the Dragons" (2700/2000) in Attack Position.

"First of the Dragons" attacks and destroys a "Luster Dragon" (Sawatari 3300 → 2500)

Turn 5: Sawatari
Sawtari draws "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon". He then removes his third "Luster Dragon" from play to special summon "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon" (2800/2400) in attack position. "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon" attacks "First of the Dragons" but due to the effect of "First of the Dragons" it is not destroyed since "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon" isn't a Normal Monster. (Yuya 200 → 100)

Turn 6: Yuya
Yuma draws "Decrease" and subsequently activates it, reducing the Level of "First of the Dragons" by 2 until the End Phase ("First of the Dragons": Level 9 → 7) Yuya then Normal Summons "Hanewata" (200/300) in attack position. Yuya tunes his Level 1 Tuner monster "Hanewata" with his Level 7 "First of the Dragons" to Synchro Summon "Dark End Dragon" (2600/2100) in Attack Position.

Yuya then activates the effect of "Dark End Dragon" reducing it's ATK, and DEF by 500 to destroy "Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon". (2600 → 2100/2100 → 1600) Yuya then activates "Sword of Dark Destruction", and equips it to "Dark End Dragon". Now "Dark End Dragon" gains 400 ATK, and loses 200 DEF. (2100 → 2500/1600 → 1400)

"Dark End Dragon" then attacks directly. (Sawatari 2500 → 0)

Leo Logan vs. Creature[]

Turn 1: Creature
The Creature draws "Ancient Rules", and subsequently activates it to Special Summon a Level 5 or higher Normal Monster from his hand. He Special Summons "Zoa" (2600/1900) in Attack Position.

The Creature sets two cards.

Turn 2: Leo
Leo draws "Ancient Gear Wyvern", and subsequently Normal Summons it (1600/1200) in defense position. As it was Normal or Special Summoned, its effect activates, letting Leo add an "Ancient Gear" card from his Deck to his hand. He adds "Ancient Gear Catapult".

Leo sets a card.

Turn 3: The Creature
The Creature draws. "Zoa" attacks, and destroys "Ancient Gear Wyvern". The Creature, Normal Summons "Baron of the Fiend Sword" (1550/800) in attack position.

Turn 4: Leo
Leo draws. As he controls no monsters, Leo activates "Ancient Gear Catapult", letting him target and destroy a card he controls and Special Summon an "Ancient Gear" monster from his Deck, ignoring the Summoning conditions. He destroys his set card and Special Summons "Ancient Gear Golem" (3000/3000) in attack position. "Ancient Gear Golem" attacks "Zoa" but the Creature tried to activate his set "Hate Buster" as to destroy both battling monsters and inflict damage to Leo equal to the ATK of "Ancient Gear Golem" but Leo states that when "Ancient Gear Golem" attacks the opponent can't activate any spells/traps until the end of the damage step. The attack continues, and destroys "Zoa". (The Creature 4000 → 3600)

Leo sets a card.

Turn 5: The Creature
The Creature draws "Cursed Fiends". He then switches "Baron of the Fiend Sword" to defense position. He then activates "Cursed Fiends". Now as long as "Cursed Fiends" is on the field none of The Creature's fiend-type monsters can be destroyed by battle, and all battle damage is reduced to zero but he must send the top card of his deck to the graveyard during his Stand-By Phase to keep it on the field.

He then activates "Demon's Curse". Now as long as "Demon's Curse" is on the field during his stand-by phase Leo must send the top card of his deck to the graveyard as per effect for "Cursed Fiends" and changing it to non optional, and inflicting 200 damage to Leo for each card sent that way. Leo intends for Yuri's deck to contain "Heavy Storm" for him to destroy "Cursed Fiends", and "Demon's Curse."

Turn 6: Leo
Leo draws. He then passes.

Turn 7: The Creature
During his stand-by phase the effect of "Cursed Fiends" activates forcing the Creature to discard the top card of his deck to keep it on the field, or destroy it but the effect of "Demon's Curse" activates transfering the effect to Leo, and inflicting 200 damage per the effect. Leo discards "Polymerization". (Leo 4000 → 3800) The Creature draws. He then passes.

Turn 8: Leo
Leo draws. He then passes.

Turn 9: The Creature
During his stand-by phase the effect of "Cursed Fiends", and "Demon's Curse" activates. Leo discards "Ancient Gear Castle". (Leo 3800 → 3600) The Creature draws. He then passes.

Turn 10: Leo
Leo draws. He then passes.

Turn 11: The Creature
During his stand-by phase the effect of "Cursed Fiends", and "Demon's Curse" activates. Leo discards "Ancient Gear Castle". (Leo 3800 → 3600) The Creature draws. He then passes.

Turn 12: Leo
Leo draws. He then passes.

Turn 13: The Creature
During his stand-by phase the effect of "Cursed Fiends", and "Demon's Curse" activates. Leo discards "Ancient Gear Soldier". (Leo 3600 → 3400) At this point Yuri tells Leo that "Heavy Storm" is not in the deck, and instead tells him there is something else that will help him. The Creature draws. He then passes.

Turn 14: Leo
Leo draws "Ancient Gear Engineer". He then Tributes his "Ancient Gear Golem" in order to Tribute Summon "Ancient Gear Engineer" (1500/1500) in Attack Position.

Leo explains that when "Ancient Gear Engineer" attacks a spell/trap card on the Creature's field is destroyed. "Ancient Gear Engineer" attacks "Baron of the Fiend Sword" but the effect of "Cursed Fiends" activates preventing "Baron of the Fiend Sword" from being destroyed, and reducing the battle damage to zero. Since "Ancient Gear Engineer" attacked, its third effect activates, allowing Leo to destroy "Cursed Fiends" at the end of the Damage Step.

As "Cursed Fiends" was destroyed "Demon's Curse" was destroyed as well, at the same time since "Cursed Fiends" was destroyed it's final effect activates allowing Leo to Special Summon "Ancient Gear Golem" (3000/3000), "Ancient Gear Solider" (1300/1300), and "Ancient Gear Wyvern" (1600/1200) all in attack position ignoring summoning conditions.

Leo then activates his face-down, "Polymerization" to fuse "Ancient Gear Golem", "Ancient Gear Wyvern", and "Ancient Gear Solider" to Fusion Summon "Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem" (4400/3400) in Attack Position.

Leo explains that when "Ultimate Golem" attacks a defense position monster "Ultimate Golem" inflicts piercing battle damage. "Ultimate Golem" attacks, and destroys "Baron of the Fiend Sword". "Ultimate Golem" inflicts piercing damage. (The Creature 3600 → 0)

Yuya Sakaki vs. The Sledgehammer[]

Unknown amount of time skipped. The Sledgehammer controls "Battleguard King" (3000/1100) in Attack Position, has 4000 LP, and a set card, while Yuya controls "Performapal Hip Hippo" in attack position, has 2900 LP and no set cards.

Yuya's Turn
Yuya draws "Odd-Eyes Dragon". He Tributes "Hippo", which treats itself as two Tributes via its effect, to Tribute Summon "Odd-Eyes Dragon" (2500/2000) in attack position. Yuya activates "Wonder Balloons", which allows him to send cards from his hand to the Graveyard to place a counter on it. Yuya finds and sends three Action Cards (two "Evasions" and a "Miracle") to the Graveyard, placing three counters on it ("Wonder Balloons": 0 → 3 counters). Yuya activates the second effect of "Wonder Balloons", sending it to the Graveyard and targeting "Battleguard King" to decrease the latter's ATK by 1000 for each counter "Wonder Balloons" had until the End Phase ("Battleguard King": 3000 → 0/1100). "Odd-Eyes" attacks "Battleguard King", but the Sledgehammer activates the Action Card "Miracle", preventing the destruction of "Battleguard King" and halving the battle damage (The Sledgehammer: 4000 → 2750 LP). He then activates his face-down "Battleguard Rage" as he took battle damage, targeting "Battleguard King" to increase its ATK by 2000 ("Battleguard King": 0 → 2000/1100). At the End Phase, the effect of "Wonder Balloons" expires ("Battleguard King": 2000 → 5000/1100).

The Sledgehammer's Turn
"Battleguard King" attacks "Odd-Eyes Dragon". At this point Leo fells from the platform, as Yuya orders Odd-Eyes to save him which was successful but the attack of "Battleguard King" destroys "Odd-Eyes" (Yuya: 2900 → 400 LP). Due to the effect of "Battleguard Rage", "Odd-Eyes Dragon" returns to Yuya's hand instead of going to the Graveyard. The Sledgehammer then activates "Battleguard Magic", increasing his LP by an amount equal to half the ATK of a monster returned to the hand (The Sledgehammer: 2750 → 4000 LP). The Sledgehammer Sets a card.

Yuya's Turn
Yuya's hand contains "Odd-Eyes Dragon", "Stargazer Magician", "Performpal Sword Fish" and "Performapal Whip Snake". Yuya draws "Timegazer Magician".

At this point, Yuya's pendant transforms "Stargazer Magician" and "Timegazer Magician" into Pendulum Monsters and transforms "Odd-Eyes Dragon" into "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon".

Yuya activates "Timegazer Magician" (Right Pendulum Scale 1) and "Stargazer Magician" (Left Pendulum Scale 8) in his Pendulum Zones. Yuya Pendulum Summons "Performapal Whip Snake" (1700/900), "Performapal Sword Fish" (600/600) and "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" (2500/2000) from his hand, all in Attack Position.

Yuya activates the effect of "Performapal Whip Snake", switching the ATK and DEF of "Battleguard King" until the End Phase ("Battleguard King": 5000 → 1100/1100 → 5000). He then activates the effect of "Performapal Sword Fish", letting him target and reduce the ATK of a monster his opponent controls by 600 ("Battleguard King" 1100 → 500/5000). "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" attacks "Battleguard King", but the Sledgehammer activates his face-down "Battleguard Howling" as a "Battleguard" monster he controls is being attacked. This would let him target and return the attacking monster to the hand and inflict damage to his opponent equal to that monster's ATK. Yuya activates the Pendulum Effect of "Timegazer Magician" as a Trap Card] that targets exactly 1 Pendulum Monster he controls was activated. This negates the activation and re-Sets the card.

The Sledgehammer finds and activates the Action Card "Evasion", which would negate the attack. Yuya activates the Pendulum Effect of "Stargazer Magician" as a Spell Card that targets exactly 1 Pendulum Monster he controls was activated. This negates the effect and Sets the card, while preventing its activation for the remainder of this turn. The attack continues and Yuya activates the effect of "Pendulum Dragon", doubling the battle damage as it is battling a Level 5 or higher monster. "Battleguard King" is destroyed (The Sledgehammer: 4000 → 0 LP).

Leo Logan vs. Gong[]

Turn 1: Leo
Leo draws "Ancient Gear Castle", and subsequently activates it. Now all "Ancient Gear" monsters will gain 300 ATK while "Ancient Gear Castle" will gain 1 Counter whenever Leo Normal Summons or Sets a monster. If Leo Tribute Summons a monster he can substitute "Ancient Gear Castle" for a Tribute(s) if the number of counters on "Ancient Gear Castle" is greater than or equal to the number of Tributes required. Leo then Normal Summons "Ancient Gear Soldier" (1300 → 1600/1300) in attack position.

Leo sets a card.

Turn 2: Gong
Gong draws "Superheavy Samurai Blue Blawer", and subsequently Normal Summons it (0/2000) in attack position. Since "Blue Brawler" was summoned it's effect activates switching battle position.

Turn 3: Leo
Leo draws "Ancient Gear", and subsequently Normal Summons it (100 → 400/800) in attack position.

Turn 4: Gong
Gong draws. He then Normal Summons "Superheavy Samurai Swordsman" (1000/1800) in attack position. Since "Swordsman" was Summoned it's effect activates changing battle position.

Turn 5: Leo
Leo draws "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon". Since Leo controls "Ancient Gear", he Special Summons another "Ancient Gear" (100 → 400/800) from his hand in Attack Position. He then activates "Lightwave Tuning" to change "Ancient Gear Solider" to a Tuner Monster. He then tunes his Level 4 Tuner monster "Ancient Gear Solider", with his two Level 2 "Ancient Gear"s to Synchro Summon "Ancient Gear Samurai" (2800 → 3100/2000) in attack position.

Since "Ancient Gear Samurai" was Synchro Summoned it's effect activates allowing both players Special Summon a monster form their decks as long as their levels are four or bellow. Leo summons another "Ancient Gear Soldier" (1300 → 1600/1300) in attack position, while Gong summons another "Superheavy Samurai Swordsman" (1000/1800) in attack position.

"Ancient Gear Samurai" attacks "Blue Brawler" but the effect of "Blue Blawer" activates preventing it from being destroyed by battle.

Turn 6: Gong
Gong draws "Superheavy Samurai Big Benkei". Gong then tributes his two "Swordsman" to tribite summon "Superheavy Samurai Big Benkei" (1000/3500) in attack position. Since "Big Benkei" was tribute summoned its effect activates changing battle position. As per effect of "Big Benkei" while in defense position it can attack it's DEF. "Big Benkei" attacks "Ancient Gear Samurai" but Leo activates his face-down "Doble Passe" to make the attack a direct attack (Leo 4000 → 500) and allow "Ancient Gear Solider" to attack directly afterwards as "Ancient Gear Samurai" is unaffected by trap cards. "Ancient Gear Soldier" then attacks directly. (Gong 4000 → 2400)

At this point a distortion happens which a tree would crush Gong but Leo warned him in time, as Gong pushed it aside.

Turn 7: Leo
Leo draws "Monster Reborn", and subsequently activates it to Special Summon, "Ancient Gear Solider" (1300 → 1600/1300) from his graveyard in attack position. Leo overlays his Level 4 "Ancient Gear Soldiers" to Xyz Summon "Blade Armor Ninja" (2200/1000, ORU: 2) in Attack Position. Leo sets a card.

Turn 6: Gong
Gong draws. "Big Benkei" attacks, and destroys "Ancient Gear Samurai" (Leo 500 → 100) Since "Ancient Gear Samurai" was destroyed it's final effect activates allowing Leo to add a card to his hand. He adds "Ancient Gear Golem" to his hand.

Turn 8: Leo
Leo draws "Pot of Greed", and subsequently activates it to draw two cards (Which were "Polymerization", and "Limiter Removal".)

Leo then activates "Polymerization" to fuse the "Ancient Gear Golem" in his hand along with the "Blade Armor Ninja" on his field to Fusion Summon, "Ancient Gear Warrior" (0/0) in attack position. Since "Ancient Gear Warrior" was Fusion Summoned half of its Fusion Materials are added to it's ATK, and DEF. (0 → 1500 → 2600/0 → 1100 → 2600). Leo then activates "Limiter Removal" in his hand to double the ATK of "Ancient Gear Warrior" during the end phase. (2600 → 5200/2600) Gong activates the effect of "Superheavy Samurai Soulfire Suit" in his hand discarding it to prevent "Big Benkei" from being destroyed by battle this turn.

Leo activates his face-down "Stop Defense" to switch "Big Benkei" to attack position. "Ancient Gear Warrior" attacks "Big Benkei" but the effect of "Soulfire Suit" prevents it from being destroyed by battle. (Gong 2600 → 0)

Leo Logan, and Yuya Sakaki vs. Kite Tenjo[]

Turn 1: Yuya
Yuya draws "Performapal Hip Hippo", and subsequently Normal Summons it (800/800) in attack position. Yuya sets a card.

Turn 2: Leo
Leo draws "Ancient Gear Wyvern", and subsequently Normal Summons it (1600/1200) in defense position. As it was Normal or Special Summoned, its effect activates, letting Leo add an "Ancient Gear" card from his Deck to his hand. He adds "Ancient Gear Beast". Leo then activates "Pot of Greed" to draw two cards.

As he controls a "Cipher Wing", Kite activates the effect of the other "Cipher Wing" in his hand, Special Summoning (1400/1200) in Attack Position.

He then tributes one of his "Cipher Wings" to increase the level of all "Cipher" monsters he controls by 4 until the end phase. (Two "Cipher Wings" Level: 4 → 8) Kite overlays his two Level 8 monsters to Xyz Summon "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon" (3000/2500, ORU: 3) in Attack Position. Kite then activates the ability of "Cipher Dragon" detaching an Overlay Unit ("Cipher Dragon": 3 → 2 ORU) to take control of a monster his opponent controls until the End Phase.

That monster's effects will be negated and it will be unable to attack directly, but its name and ATK will become the same as that of "Cipher Dragon". He targets "Ancient Gear Wyvern" (1600 → 3000). Kite activates the Continuous Spell Card "Cipher Interference". "Cipher Dragon", attacks "Hip Hippo".

Kite activates the effect of "Cipher Interference" as he controls two or more "Cipher" monsters with the same name and 1 is battling. The ATK of that monster doubles ("Cipher Dragon" 3000 → 6000 ATK) until the end of the Battle Phase. Yuya finds, and activates the Action Spell, "Evasion" to negate the attack.

Kite sets a card.

Turn 4: Yuya
Yuya draws. He then activates his face-down "Wonder Balloons", which allows him to send cards from his hand to the Graveyard to place a counter on it. Yuya finds and sends three Action Cards to the Graveyard, placing three counters on it ("Wonder Balloons": 0 → 3 counters).

Yuya activates the second effect of "Wonder Balloons", sending it to the Graveyard and targeting "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon" to decrease the latter's ATK by 1000 for each counter "Wonder Balloons" had until the End Phase ("Cipher Dragon": 3000 → 0/2500). He Tributes "Hippo", which treats itself as two Tributes via its effect, to Tribute Summon "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" (2500/2000) in attack position. "Odd-Eyes" attacks and destroys "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon". (Kite 4000 → 1500)

Before "Cipher Dragon" was destroyed Kite activates his face-down, "Double Cipher" to detach all the Overlay Units on "Cipher Dragon" ("Cipher Dragon": 2 → 0 ORU) to Special Summon another "Cipher Dragon" (3000/2500) in attack position ignoring summoning conditions.

Turn 5: Leo
Leo draws. He Normal Summons "Ancient Gear Soldier" (1300/1300) in attack position. He then activates his face-down, "Level UP!" to double the level of all his monsters until the end phase. ("Ancient Gear Soldier" Level: 4 → 8), ("Ancient Gear Wyvern": 4 → 8). Leo overlays his two Level 8 monsters to Xyz Summon "Hieratic Sun Dragon Overlord of Heliopolis" (3000/2400, ORU: 2) in Attack Position.

Leo then activates the ability of "Hieratic Sun Dragon" detaching an Overlay Unit, ("Hieratic Sun Dragon": 2 → 1 ORU) to send "Ancient Gear Beast" from his hand to the graveyard, to destroy "Cipher Dragon". "Hieratic Sun Dragon" attacks directly, but Kite finds and activates the Action Spell, "Big Escape" to end the battle phase.

Turn 6: Kite
Kite draws "Pot of Greed", and subsequently activates it to draw two cards. He then activates "Monster Reborn" to special summon, "Cipher Dragon" (3000/2500) from his graveyard in attack position.

Kite activates "Rank-Up-Magic Cipher Pursuit" as the Life Point difference of him, and his opponent's is higher than 2000, and Rank-Up that monster by using it as an Overlay Unit for a "Cipher" Xyz Monster 1 Rank higher than it. Kite overlays "Cipher Dragon" and performs a Rank-Up Xyz Evolution to Xyz Summon "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon" (4500/3000, ORU: 1) in Attack Position.

Kite then activates the ability of "Neo Cipher Dragon" detaching an Overlay Unit ("Neo Cipher Dragon": 1 → 0) To gain control of all monsters his opponent controls. Their effects are negated, they are treated as "Neo Cipher Dragon", their ATKs become 4500, and they cannot attack this turn. ("Hieratic Sun Dragon": 2500 → 4500) ("Odd-Eyes": 2500 → 4500)

Kite then activates the Quick-Play Spell, "Galaxy-Eyes Nova" to tribute "Hieratic Sun Dragon" that is treated as "Neo Cipher Dragon" to special summon, "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon" from his graveyard (3000/2500) in Attack Position. "Neo Cipher Dragon", and "Cipher Dragon" attacks directly. (Leo 4000 → 1000) (Yuya 4000 → 0)

Turn 7: Leo

At this point, Yuya's pendant transforms two cards in Leo's hand into Pendulum Monsters. Leo activates "Ancient Gear Sword" (Right Pendulum Scale 2) and "Ancient Gear Shield" (Left Pendulum Scale 9) in his Pendulum Zones. Leo Pendulum Summons "Ancient Gear Beast" (2000/2000), "Golem Ancient Gear Golem" (3000/3000) and "Ancient Gear Engineer" (1500/1500) from his hand, all in Attack Position.

He overlays his three Level 8 monsters to Xyz Summon "Ancient Gear God" (4500/4500, ORC: 3) in Attack Position. Leo then activates the ability of "God" detaching an Overlay Unit ("God": 3 → 2) to halved "Neo Cipher Dragon's" ATK until the end phase. (4500 → 2250)

Once the ability is used whenever "God" attacks, Kite is not allowed to activate any spells/traps until the end of the damage step. Kite finds, and activates the Action Spell, "Battle Lock" to end the battle phase, but Leo activates the Pendulum Effect of "Ancient Gear Shield" as a Spell Card was activated. This negates the activation and destroys it.

Kite finds the Action Spell, "Blinding Blizzard". He intends to activate "Blinding Blizzard" to end the battle phase, then attack with "Neo Cipher Dragon" to do a Double KO, then attack directly with "Cipher Dragon" to win the duel. Leo activates the Pendulum Effect of "Ancient Gear Sword" as Kite plans to play a spell card before he can attack. This allows Leo to inflict half of "Cipher Dragon's" ATK to Kite as damage in case he does play the spell.

At this point Leo attempted to attack but was knocked out from behind by Yami Bakura who told Kite to follow him do the duel ended without an outcome.
